Frequently Asked Questions

Still have questions? We’ve answered a few common ones below.

Does your office offer payment plans?

While we do not offer in-house payment plans, we are a participating provider with CareCredit. This service allows for interest-free monthly payments over 6 or 12 months. Otherwise, payment is due when services are rendered. We are happy to assist you with the setup process.

My entire family needs dental care. Do you have any discounts for large families without insurance?

Yes, our membership plan accounts for the number of individuals in your household. Following the initial family member’s enrollment, there are monetary reductions for each additional family member who joins the plan at the same time.

Are X-rays covered under my insurance?

Coverage varies by plan. Most providers cover bitewing X-rays annually and full-mouth/panoramic X-rays every five years. As a new patient, we recommend contacting your previous dentist to have any X-rays from the last five years sent to our office.

What if I’m out of network, can I still use my dental insurance?

Most of the time yes! Exceptions include certain Exclusive PPO and Medicaid plans.
